Following you will find the above hotels Hurricane policy applicable from
Jul 05 to October 31, 2006:
If clients vacation is interrupted for more than 24 hours due to a category
one or higher hurricane (as defined by the National Hurricane Center) the
following conditions will apply.
Vacation interruption is defined when a hotel interrupts full operations for
at least 24 hours (not included the day of departure)
Conditions:
* Hurricane warnings not applicable.
* Return stay will be for the same number of unused nights that were paid.
The hotel will protect the rate and promotion booked to travel back to the
hotel in the same travel season.
* Return Stay is valid only if vacation is interrupted while in the resort.
* Return stay can be redeemable for traveling prior to December 15, 2006 or
the following year in the same period as originally booked.
* Return travel must also be booked within 30 days of the original departure
date, noting on the booking ³HURRICANE GUARANTEE²
* Non transferable
* Not redeemable for cash.
